Announcement of a competition to fill the vacant position of Head of the Marketing and Commercial Activities Department in the Kyzylorda region

Qualification requirements:

The presence of higher education in economics or additional specialized in marketing and finance. Work experience of at least 5 years, including at least 2 years in leadership positions.

Requirements for professional knowledge of the head of the Marketing and commercial department:

The head of the department should know:

  • The Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On combating Corruption", "On languages in the Republic of Kazakhstan", legislative and other regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan regulating issues in the field of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population;
  • rules for documentation and documentation management;
  • methods of work planning;
  • fundamentals of labor organization and management;
  • ethics of business communication;
  • rules and regulations of labor protection, safety, industrial sanitary and fire protection. 

Job responsibilities:

  • develop a marketing policy of the Company's branch and a plan for advertising activities;
  • to organize and provide employees of the Company's branch with the necessary advertising products;
  • analyze the effectiveness of the advertising activities of the Company's branch;
  • analyze the consumer market, competitors in the context of the company's services;
  • coordinate the activities of all departments and laboratories to collect and analyze information about marketing activities, create an information base on marketing;
  • coordinate the activities of the branch of the Enterprise for customer service;
  • coordinate the activities of the Company's branch to increase the customer base;
  • to carry out work on attracting customers through telephone conversations, correspondence, meetings and other means of communication;
  • monitor the elimination of deficiencies received from customers, organize and monitor the provision of responses to complaints and suggestions from customers regarding the quality of services and the timing of their implementation;
  • to investigate the working methods of the branch's employees in order to improve the quality of customer service and the possibility of restructuring the actions of the staff in the right directions when working with consumers;
  • analyze the competitiveness of prices and make proposals to change the price list of the branch of the Enterprise;
  • develop and make proposals on the formation of the corporate identity of the enterprise and the corporate design of advertising products, as well as organize the introduction of changes in corporate identity;
  • coordinate the work of the Department's employees and monitor the quality, efficiency and organization of the Department's work;
  • prepare and provide information at the request of higher-level organizations;
  • organize the participation of the Company's branch in tenders;
  • coordinate the work and form a budget for improving the state of the material and technical base of the branch of the Enterprise and measures that contribute to increasing the sales of the branch of the Enterprise;
  • analyze the indicators of paid services in order to identify opportunities for the development and increase the efficiency of the commercial activities of the branch of the Enterprise;
  • provide practical and methodological assistance to district offices and others in the field of working with consumers;
  • develop algorithms and procedures for commercial processes and employees involved in the provision of paid services of a branch of the Enterprise;
  • to organize and carry out activities for the development and implementation of new services and other projects aimed at increasing the sale of paid services.
  • Organizes and carries out activities for the management of the 1C Consolidation program
  • Performs work according to the Media Plan. Conducts work in social networks instagram, facebook, etc.

Citizens who have expressed a desire to participate in the competition submit the following documents:

1) application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;

2) a copy of the identity document;

3) a completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers) with a photo;

4) notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;

5) a copy of the document confirming employment;

6) a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime (issued by the Department of the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan). The absence of one of these documents is the basis for refusal to accept documents from the participant of the competition. In case of receipt of documents by mail, they are not subject to return.

The participant of the competition, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).

The competition consists of the following stages:

1) qualification assessment;

2) testing;

3) conducting an interview;

4) summing up the results of the competition;

The order of the competition is regulated by the Rules of competitive replacement of vacant positions of employees of the RSE at the National Center of Expertise of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Enterprise), approved by the order of the General Director of the Enterprise dated 21.11.2018 No. 523 (posted on the Company's website).

Acceptance of documents it is made on working days from 8.30 to 12.30 and from 14.00 to 18.00 at the address: Kyzylorda region, Kyzylorda city, H. Bekturganova str. building No. 10A.
