The branch of the Republican State Enterprise on the REM “National Center of Expertise” of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control in the Karaganda region announces a competition for the vacant position of the head of the Priozersky city branch of the Branch.

Qualification requirements:

Higher medical education in the field of sanitary and epidemiological service, the first / highest category in the specialty "Health Organization" ("Public Health", "Health Management").

At least 3 years of experience in a healthcare management role.

Job responsibilities:

Manages the structural unit. Organizes work and effective interaction with structural subdivisions of the body in terms of sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population. Responsible for decisions made, safety and efficient use of property. Determines the policy, strategy of activity and the mechanism for its implementation. Takes measures to provide qualified personnel, the rational use of their professional knowledge and experience, the creation of safe and healthy conditions for their life and work, the formation of a favorable psychological atmosphere in the team. Ensures the introduction of new and improvement of existing methods of laboratory activities, improving the quality and competitiveness of the services provided, their compliance with state standards. Organizes work on the study and assessment of sanitary and epidemiological situations, determines the priority factors of adverse effects on human health and the environment. Takes effective measures to promote improvement in the sanitary and epidemiological situation. Organizes operational and laboratory-instrumental control over the implementation of hygienic and anti-epidemic measures, over compliance with sanitary rules, norms and hygienic standards within the competence. Provides work to improve the skills of medical personnel, the development of their professional knowledge. Carries out an analysis of the activities of the structural unit and, based on an assessment of its performance, takes the necessary measures to improve the forms and methods of work in the region. Ensures compliance with the requirements of the internal labor regulations, compliance with medical ethics, fire safety and safety, sanitary and epidemiological regime.
