Announcement of a competition to fill the vacant position of head of the department of organization, planning of disinfection measures and marketing in the North Kazakhstan region

The branch of the RSE at the National Center of Expertise of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan "Disinfection Center for the North Kazakhstan region" (hereinafter - the Branch) announces a competition for the vacant position of head of the department of organization, planning of disinfection measures and marketing.

The subject of the Branch's activity is the organization and conduct of focal and preventive disinfection, disinsection and deratization.

The purpose of the Branch is to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.

Qualification requirements for the vacant position of head of the department of organization of disinfection planning and marketing:

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have higher (or postgraduate) education in the relevant specialty and work experience in the field of marketing for at least 5 years or retraining in the specialty can participate in the competition for the vacant position of head of the department of organization of disinfection planning and marketing "Health Management".                    

Job responsibilities of the head of the department:

Develops the marketing policy of the branch; develops an advertising activity plan; organizes and conducts events and promotions aimed at implementing a marketing policy and a plan for the advertising activities of the branch; organizes and provides the employees of the branch of the Enterprise with the necessary advertising products; analyzes the effectiveness of the advertising activities of the branch; analyzes the consumer market, competitors in the context of the services of the branch; coordinates the activities of all departments for collecting and analyzing information regarding marketing activities, creating an information base on marketing; coordinates the activities of the branch for customer service; carries out work to attract customers through telephone conversations, correspondence, meetings and other means of communication; monitors the elimination of deficiencies received from customers, organizes and controls the provision of reports on complaints and suggestions regarding the quality of services and deadlines for their implementation; investigates the methods of work of the branch's employees, in order to improve the quality of customer service and the possibility of restructuring the actions of the staff in the right directions when working with consumers; analyzes the competitiveness of prices and makes proposals for changing the price list of the branch; develops and makes proposals for the formation of the corporate identity of the branch and the corporate design of advertising products, as well as organizes the introduction of changes in corporate identity; coordinates the work of the department's employees and controls the quality, efficiency and organization of the department's work; prepares and provides information on the requests of higher-level organizations; organizes and controls the participation of the branch in tenders; analyzes the indicators of paid services in order to identify opportunities for the development and increase the efficiency of the commercial activities of the branch; provides practical and methodological assistance to district specialists and others in the field of working with consumers; organizes and carries out activities for the development and implementation of new services and other projects aimed at increasing the implementation of paid services.

The person who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition (hereinafter referred to as the Participant of the competition) submits the following documents:

1) application for participation in the competition with the list of attached documents;

2) a copy of the identity document;

3) a completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers);

4) notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;

5) a copy of the document confirming employment;

6) a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime.

The absence of one of these documents is the basis for refusal to accept documents from the Participant of the competition. In case of receipt of documents by mail, they are not subject to return.

The participant of the competition submits, if available, additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management from the previous place of work).

The competition consists of the following stages:

1) qualification assessment;

2) testing;

3) conducting an interview;

4) summing up the results of the competition.

The order of the competition is regulated by the Rules of competitive replacement of vacant positions of employees of the RSE at the National Center of Expertise of the Quality Control and Safety Committee of Goods and Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan, approved by the order of the General Director of the Enterprise dated 21.11.2018 No. 523 (posted on the website of the RSE at the National Center of Expertise of the Committee for Quality Control and Safety of Goods and Services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan services of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan).

Documents are accepted on working days from 9.00 to 18.30 hours (break from 13.00 to 14.30 hours), at the address: 150000, North Kazakhstan region, Petropavlovsk city, Universal Street, 3A.
