Announcement of a competition to fill the vacant position of an expert in the examination of the Department of Production Activities of the National Center of Expertise

RSE at the National Center of Expertise of the Committee for Sanitary and Epidemiological Control of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Kazakhstan (hereinafter - the Enterprise) announces a competition for the vacant position of expert in the examination of the Department of Industrial Activity of the Enterprise.

The subject of the Company's activity is the implementation of activities in the field of healthcare.

The purpose of the Enterprise is to ensure the sanitary and epidemiological welfare of the population.

Qualification requirements:

Citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan who have higher medical (sanitary-epidemiological/ preventive medicine), biological or chemical education and work experience in the field of healthcare for at least 3 years can take part in the competition to fill the vacant position of an expert in the examination of the Department of Industrial Activity of the Enterprise.

Job responsibilities:

1) timely and high-quality performance of functions related to the production process in terms of control of laboratory tests;

2) participation in the provision of methodological and practical assistance to the branches of the Enterprise on the issues of laboratory research;

3) participation in the investigation of the causes and conditions of infectious, parasitic, non-communicable diseases and poisoning of the population in terms of laboratory research;

4) monitoring the preparation of branches for accreditation according to ST RK ISO 15189-2015 "Medical laboratories. Quality and competence requirements";

5) organization of work to ensure biosafety and biosecurity in the branches of the Enterprise;

6) monitoring of internal laboratory quality control (VLCC) in the Company's branches;

7) control over waste management by the Company's branches;

8) a set of applications of the Company's branches for inclusion in the Public procurement Plan;

9) maintenance of the AIS of the tariffier of services;

10) interaction with state bodies, national and international scientific centers, and institutions within the competence of the Department;

11) search, study of international experience and making proposals for the introduction of the best modern research methods;

12) preparation of documents of the Enterprise on production activities;

13) participation in the development of annual, prospective and current plans of the Enterprise within the competence of the Department;

14) participation in the preparation of Enterprise reports within the competence of the Department;

15) timely preparation of materials for incoming correspondence;

16) performing other duties in accordance with the tasks and functions of the Department, the instructions of the Company's management.

A citizen who has expressed a desire to participate in the competition submits the following documents:

1) application for participation in the competition with a list of attached documents;

2) a copy of the identity document;

3) a completed personal personnel record sheet (indicating the address of the actual place of residence and contact phone numbers) with a photo;

4) notarized copies of educational documents in accordance with the qualification requirements for the position;

5) a copy of the document confirming employment;

6) a certificate of the presence or absence of information about the commission of a corruption crime (issued by the Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Records of the General Prosecutor's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Omarova str. 60 or via egov)

The absence of one of these documents is the basis for refusal to accept documents from the participant of the competition. In case of receipt of documents by mail, they are not subject to return.

The participant of the competition, if available, provides additional information concerning his education, work experience, professional level (copies of documents on advanced training, awarding academic degrees and titles, scientific publications, recommendations from the management of the previous place of work).

The competition consists of the following stages:

1) qualification assessment;

2) testing;

3) conducting an interview;

4) summing up the results of the competition.

The order of the competition is regulated by the Rules of competitive replacement of vacant positions of employees of the Enterprise, approved by the order of the General Director of the Enterprise dated 31.10.2017 No. 369 (posted on the Company's website) 

Documents are accepted on working days from 9.00 to 13.00 and from 14.30 to 18.00 at the address: Nur-Sultan city, Dostyk Street, 18, Business center Moscow, 8th floor, office 2.
